What exactly does my child’s voucher include?

That visit includes a detailed consult, gentle posture and movement checks, kid-friendly nervous system scans, and a separate results visit where we walk you through everything we found and a personalized care plan. You’ll know costs for any ongoing care before you decide on anything.
Is this safe for my child?
Yes. Pediatric chiropractic uses very gentle, age-appropriate techniques. For infants and young kids, the pressure is similar to checking the ripeness of a tomato. There is no twisting or cracking like you might see in adult videos online.
How is this different from regular chiropractic?
Adult care often focuses on pain. With kids, our focus is the nervous system: how the brain and body are communicating. Our scans, exams, and adjustments are designed specifically for babies, kids, and teens who may be sensitive, anxious, or wiggly.
Will you “treat” ADHD, autism, or other diagnoses?
No. Diagnoses and medication decisions stay with your child’s medical providers. Our role is to assess and support how well the nervous system is functioning. Many kids we see have labels like ADHD, autism, sensory processing issues, or anxiety, and we work alongside their existing care team.
My child hates new places and being touched. What if they melt down?
Totally okay. We see kids like this every day. We move at your child’s pace, explain things in kid language, and never force anything. Many parts of the exam can be done while they sit with you or play. Our goal is a low-pressure, positive first experience.
Will this interfere with my child’s medications or therapies?
Our care usually complements OT, speech, counseling, and medication management, because we focus on the spine and nervous system. We encourage you to keep your other providers informed and we’re happy to collaborate.
What happens after the exam?
At your results visit, we’ll show you the scans, explain what they mean, and outline a step-by-step plan if we think we can help. You’ll see expected visit frequency, time frame, and cost, and you’ll decide from there. There’s never pressure to start care.
Do you take insurance?
We do not bill insurance directly. We operate as a direct‑pay office so we can focus on what’s best for your child, not just what an insurance company will approve. This lets us create treatment plans based on your child's needs instead of visit limits or checkboxes. Many patients use HSA/FSA cards or submit our receipts to their insurance for possible reimbursement, and we’re happy to provide an itemized statement if you’d like to do that.
